1. Can I place an individual order or does it have to be in a group?
2. If I wanted to host a group sale, can we order online with a discount code to waive shipping with 10 people ordering?
Yes, you would need to fill out the “Group Online Sale” form posted under Specials. Fill out form and send the form back to us. You will receive your code within 48 hours to start your sale.
3. Do you have a return/exchange policy?
Yes, we have an exchange policy on (non-decorated) “Blank” product only. We are a decorating company and do not warehouse clothing. We do send the items back to the manufacture when items are returned to us. Please see Return Policy located at the bottom of the page.
**Please note: All “Custom” items (logo requested on product) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. What color will the print be on Navy, Black, Maroon, Grey, Royal Blue, Ceil Blue and White garments?
Standard:
Navy, Black,White,Grey garments will receive Ceil Blue printing.
Maroon, Royal Blue and Ceil Blue garments will receive White printing.
Custom:
Can request custom print colors at an additional cost.
Colors available: Navy, Black, White, Royal Blue, Ceil Blue
5. Can I add my name or credentials to the item?
Yes, this is NEW, you may add your name or credentials to jackets and scrub tops at an additional cost. You will see name options located with the selected garments available. 12 spaces per line: $8 per line
6. How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 10-12 business days for shipping of your order.
7. If the item is on back order, how does that work? Do I have to pay shipping twice?
If an item is on back order, you only pay shipping once. Hoyt & Company will cover the shipping cost for the back ordered item once it becomes available. You will receive a note in your order stating your item is on back order with an approximate available date. You can at any time request a refund on the item, exchange it for another product or wait for the item to become available.
8. Why is my Promo/Coupon code is not working?
You MUST log into your account for the code to be active. Checking out as a Guest will not activate the code.
9. Are other items offered than what I see on this site?
Yes, we have a full line of products and promotional items available on our main site of www.HoytCompany.
10. Do you also print other logos (school logos, sports, family reunions, ect.)?

11. Can we design our own logo?
The prices posted are for our standard logo layout for HFHS that is approved. If you would like to create a custom logo and have it approved by HFHS Uniform Policy, we can print it for you. Additional cost may apply. We do offer an Design Studio for our customers with special events. Check out shop.HoytCompany.com/medicaldesign to create your own special logo.
